The Poolesville Planning Commission has determined that on January 1, 2016, the current allocation plan will expire and any unused capacity will revert to the Town.
In accordance with the current Master Plan, future allocations should be concentrated infill in the downtown area with residential or a mixed use.
To that end, the Planning Commission has developed a draft allocation plan. A public hearing will be held on the draft document on July 15, 2015, 7:30 PM, Poolesville Town Hall.
