[ARCHIVED] Volunteers Needed for Two Commission Positions

The Poolesville Ethics Commission has an immediate opening.

The Ethics Commission consists of three volunteer registered voters of the Town and shall not hold any other office in the Town government during their 5 year term of office. The Commission works closely with the Town Attorney except in instances where the potential for conflict of interest exists.

The Poolesville Planning Commission has an immediate opening.

As members of the Planning Commission, you have accepted the civic responsibility of helping residents and business and property owners articulate and achieve a vision for how they want their community to look and function in the future. The Planning Commission is the primary entity responsible for long term, comprehensive planning,having the ability to put some foresight into planning and development decisions.

Meetings are once per month, in the evening and appointments are for five (5) years.
