The commercial development study addresses commercial development opportunities in the Town of Poolesville. This document is a valuable independent assessment of Poolesville which is used to help market the Town.

The original study was done in 2007 and updated in 2012. A lot of things have changed in the past two years including two new neighborhoods in town and many new businesses.

The Commissioners have hired Thomas Point Associates to update the study.
