The Upcounty Prevention Network (UPN) serves Poolesville and surrounding community. Its mission is to enrich the lifestyles of area youth through positive action, education, and the support of healthy choices. In order to identify strengths and needs within the community, UPN is collecting information regarding the perception and use of substances in our community.
