The Town of Poolesville is in the process of upgrading its Water Billing System. All customers will receive a new 4-digit customer account number. Your new customer account number will be on your next bill. If you are attempting to use the quick pay button on our website, you will not be able to use your old account number to do so. This will only affect the quick pay option. If you have previously created an online account, it should not be affected.
