Kohlhoss Waterline Replacement Project Update

Work will continue on the Kohlhoss waterline project on Monday, June 24th, 2024. The contractor will focus on Court Four ( 17549 to 17617 Kohlhoss Rd) and the intersection of Kohlhoss Rd and Wooton Ave. The contractor will provide notice and have traffic control on site. This work may cause traffic delays in this area, so please plan accordingly. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Water Tower Update

On Wednesday, June 26th, Telecom companies will return some equipment to the water tower. The work may include parking equipment in the Wootton Heights tot lot and parking in front of the park. Therefore, there will be no parking on the east side of Lilli St. (visitor parking) and no parking in front of 19884 to 19860 Beatriz Ave. If you park in this area, we will provide parking for residents at Dillingham Park and along Wot during this time. Traffic control will be on-site to keep traffic moving; however, there may be delays, so we recommend you plan accordingly.
