Kohlhoss Waterline Replacement Project Update

Work will continue on the Kohlhoss waterline project on Monday, September 16th, 2024. The contractor will continue connecting service lines in  Court 4(17549 to 17617 Kohlhoss Rd ) and Court 5 (from 17600 to 17650 Kohlhoss Rd Even) and begin work on Court 6  (17621 To 17661 Kohlhoss Rd Odd) and 7 (17654 to 17682 Even). In addition, when connecting the service lines, the contractor might have to temporarily shut off the water service to complete the connection. The contractor will notify homeowners before turning off the water.

The Town's paving contractor will continue paving the courts that have already completed their service connections; next week, this will be Court 2 (Kohlhoss Rd Court 17500 to 17534 Kohlhoss Rd Even). The contractor will work one court at a time and provide notice before the paving begins. Your cars will need to be moved during the paving on your court. If your vehicle has not been moved, then it will be towed by the Town at the owner's expense. This work may cause traffic delays in this area, so please plan accordingly. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions, please contact the Town Hall at 301-428-8927 or email townhall@poolesvillemd.gov.
