Kohlhoss Waterline Replacement Project Update

Work will continue on the Kohlhoss waterline project on Monday, Aug 12th, 2024. The contractor will complete the work on courts 7 and 8 and will begin on Monday, Aug 12th, to tie in at Wootton and Kolhoss and will begin work to connect the water main to the service lines starting in court one (Wootton Ave 19501 to 19523 Wootton Ave) The contractor will provide notice and have traffic control on site. This work may cause traffic delays in this area, so please plan accordingly. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Water Tower Update

The telecommunication companies are removing the temporary tower on Wednesday, Aug 14. This means a crane will return on Wednesday, and the work should be completed by Friday, Aug 16 (Weather permitting). Therefore, there will be no parking on the east side of Lilli St. (visitor parking) and no parking in front of 19884 to 19860 Beatriz Ave from Wednesday, Aug 14 to Friday, Aug 16. Town staff will put out traffic cones and no parking signs in this area. If you park in this area, we will provide parking for residents at Dillingham Park during this time or on Wottoon Ave. Traffic control will be on-site to keep traffic moving; however, there may be delays, so we recommend you plan accordingly.
