Kohlhoss Waterline Replacement Project Update

Work will continue on the Kohlhoss waterline project on Monday, July 22nd, 2024. The contractor will continue working on Court Five ( Kohlhoss Rd 17600 to 17650 Even) and Court 6 ( 17621 To 17661 Kohlhoss Rd). The contractor will provide notice and have traffic control on site. This work may cause traffic delays in this area, so please plan accordingly. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Water Tower Update

The Telcom Companies updated the town that the crane will be delivered to the water tower on Monday, July 22nd, 2024, They will relocate some of their equipment back onto the water tower. The work will include parking equipment in the Wootton Heights tot lot and the parking area in front of the park. Therefore, there will be no parking on the east side of Lilli St. (visitor parking) and no parking in front of 19884 to 19860 Beatriz Ave. Town staff will put out traffic cones and no parking signs in this area. If you park in this area, we will provide parking for residents at Dillingham Park during this time or on Wottoon Ave. Traffic control will be on-site to keep traffic moving; however, there may be delays, so we recommend you plan accordingly.
