Access to Public Water and Sanitary Sewage are valuable town resources. Therefore town has adopted formal policies and procedures for allocating access to these resources. The purpose of these policies and procedures is to provide guidance for the allocation of water and sewer capacity, recognizing that it is in the Town’s best interest to establish procedures for requesting allocations that are well known and reasonably understood and to establish policies that are equitable and serve the economic development and growth management goals established by the Town.
