Boards & Commissions

Make a Difference!

Boards and committees are important in that they enable citizens to participate in Poolesville’s government processes. Their activities help shape and influence public policy, because they lend a more diverse viewpoint for the town commissioners to consider.

Show Up & Speak Out

Citizen attendance and participation in board and committees meetings is highly encouraged. In consideration of Poolesville’s small town nature, meetings are run in a very cordial and participatory manner.
