Duties & Responsibilities
Town offices and duties are run by the Town Manager, Town Clerk and Deputy Clerk. Office hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Office staff process:
  • Departmental work orders
  • Building, zoning and plumbing permits
  • Water billings and collections
Staff also:
  • Develop newsletters
  • Maintain the website
  • Prepare RFP Bidding documentation
  • Procurement documentation
  • Respond to citizen complaints or concerns.
Administration staff prepare and serve all documentation for all boards and commissions and implement the policies and procedures adopted by the Commissioners of Poolesville.
